NOTES WHEN ORDERING
Due to the characteristics of customized doors & windows, each customer has different needs, so after paying the deposit, we will send a professional person to measure the size of the door on site & confirm the door design with customers and proceed with production. Please contact live customer service in time to make an appointment to confirm the on-site measurement time after paying the deposit.
Note: Customers must comply with the content of the signed contract, because the product is custom-made, once ordered, there will be no return.
The promotion is only applicable to 1 program with the highest value. After ordering & manufacturing, customer service will send to customers or will deduct from the bill when the project is completed.
Due to the characteristics of the products, after ordering, our customer care department will contact customers to schedule shipping as well as installation. When customers confirm the delivery & installation schedule, we will complete as scheduled. After installation, customers must immediately pay for the goods. In case the transportation & installation schedule for some reason cannot be installed without prior notice, the landlord must bear the costs incurred such as transportation & travel of the installation staff…
In special cases, there will be an additional charge such as dismantling, crane, stairs, oversized glass, or delivery not in the area or within 20km, details to be negotiated please work with our customer care staff.
COLOR DIFFERENCES
Product images are all taken in reality, but due to the lighting elements & color display parameters on different devices, the colors will be slightly different. Customers should come to our Customer Center to be able to experience the actual product & product information better when consulted by staff.
