1. ALLOWANCE FOR ONE ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANT CHANGE
In principle, the architect will provide reasonable support in modifying the design proposal until the customer is satisfied. If the design modifications exceed the limits and the customer is still unsatisfied, they can request a one-time change of the consulting architect.
2. REFUND DURING PHASES (PAYMENT STAGES)
During the communication and exchange process, certain tasks such as surveying, measuring, compiling, analyzing, etc., incur costs.Therefore, the payment for the initial phase will not be refunded.
For the detailed documentation phase, if the customer wishes to receive a refund, the amount will be based on the progress of the implemented work as follows:
